Franché® Online Ordering Policy
Returns
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you have a problem with any of our products please let us know. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return merchandise that's in new condition, including the original packaging and accessories. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased online from www.franche.com. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing components will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 60 days.
Refunds
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
Shipping Preferences
We know that, sometimes, you need to receive some items in your order more quickly than you need to receive others. That's why, every time you place an order via our order form, you can choose from one of these shipping preferences: UPS Ground, Next Day, Second Day or Third Day. Sometimes your order is not available for shipping immediately. Though we do our best, occasionally an item may be out of stock. We will notify you and deliver those items to you as soon as possible, should this occur.
Guarantee Against Fraud
www.franche.com guarantees all purchases against credit card fraud. The Fair Credit Billing Act states that your bank can only hold you liable for $50.00 of fraudulent credit card charges. In the unfortunate event that someone has unlawfully used your credit card number, www.franche.com will cover that liability up to the maximum of $50.00. This guarantee is valid only if the unauthorized use of your credit card was through no fault of your own and if the unauthorized use resulted from purchases made with www.franche.com while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order that has not yet been shipped. Orders that have been shipped are non-cancelable. However, you may return the order. Simply follow the instructions in the Return Policy.
